Do You See Any Ships on the Horizon?

I’ve often heard the phrase “He’s waiting for his ship to come in.” This morning as I was thinking about this phrase this question came to my mind. “Did he send any ship out?”  If you don’t put anything out there i.e. Prayers, money, effort, hard work , or even goodwill, you really don’t have a right to be looking for anything to come back.

I've seen the piles of money pictured on some fb posts that are captioned, "If you type Amen and pass it on you will receive a lot of money in the next few days." Well that’s just chasing fantasies, I have a word for you from Proverbs 30:11 Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense.

There is no ship coming to rescue you. In other words, Get to Work!
